In 1997, it set up an operating office in Brussels and was directly assigned 5 community projects and is partner of many others. Since 1995, jointly with SIPI, it is the publisher of the "IndustriaTurismo" (Industry Tourism) federal magazine.
Furthermore, Federturismo collaborates closely with the confederate Federtrasporto Organisations (National Federation of Ground Transportation Systems) and Confitarma (Italian Confederation of Shipbuilders) for the purpose of co-ordinating and integrating policies for the tourism/transportation binomial.
